Thirty-day request window
Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Non-defective items must be new, unused, and in original condition. Email nukaqabi00@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and useful evidence for damage, defects, wrong items, missing contents, or a material description mismatch.
Approval and return shipping
Obtain approval and the exact return address before mailing. A free prepaid return label is included inside the package; contact us before mailing if it is missing or lost. No restocking fee applies. Exchanges depend on stock.
Refund timing
After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A financial institution may need additional time to post the credit. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
