When should an order arrive?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible defective and non-defective new goods may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Start within 30 calendar days after delivery, obtain approval, and use the free prepaid label enclosed in the package. There is no restocking fee.
How are refunds handled?
